Hi-Lites Netball Club has engaged the services of an external company to facilitate an Introductory Coaches course. We invite all of our current coaches, assistant coaches and those interested in becoming a coach, to participate in this course which is being fully funded by the Netball Club.

The course will be run by Nardelli Coaching who is a husband/wife team with an extensive background in sports and fitness.

Lauren Nardelli has been coaching for many years. She has played in both State and National teams. She has her ‘A’ badge in umpiring and has umpired at a national level. Lauren has also competed in athletics at a national level.

Robert Nardelli is a qualified myotherapist, personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. He has treated and trained athletes and the general public for over 12 years. Robert has also played basketball at a State level and has competed in martial arts, also at State level.

Both Lauren and Robert also consult to Netball Victoria.

The course will run for 3 hours, with the first hour being a theory session on strength & conditioning strategies; fitness; nutrition and injury prevention. The subsequent 2 hours will be practical sessions, on the netball court, involving training techniques; skill development; proper warm-up/cool-down/game day strategies and coaching methods.

Hi-Lites Netball Club is committed to developing our coaches and providing them with the best resources to give them the edge over their competition.
