Coaches

Role of Coaches

Coaches play an important role in the sport of netball in the way they interact with the players, parents, umpires and club. Our coaches develop sport skills and encourage fair play. They also aim to lift the players’ confidence and self-esteem. While at times coaching is challenging, it is an immensely satisfying role.

We encourage players to enjoy netball and to be challenged to achieve. Netball helps with self-esteem, leadership and teamwork.
